Working alongside senior operational leaders to understand how the business currently operates, identify opportunities for improvement, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making that drives measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Opportunity Discovery Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer outcomes and business performance Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes Maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities Business Analysis Gather and analyse business requirements Produce process maps and workflow analysis Assess impacts, dependencies and risks Support evidence-based decision-making Process Improvement Analyse end-to-end business processes Identify inefficiencies, rework and manual effort Recommend practical improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives Benefits and Business Cases ..... full job details .....
