Business Analyst

Elicit, challenge, and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with transformation goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, often working remotely. Support and test systems, including user acceptance and functionality testing. Ability to support various change initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption strategies. Required Skills and Experience Experience in financial services, ideally with medium sized companies Strong process mapping and business analysis skills. Ability to work with ambiguity Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Advanced documentation and presentation skills.
