Business Analyst

4 month FTC opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst working as part of a team supporting around operational change and readiness as they prepare for significant systems transformation, roll out and go live. A background within financial services sector and awareness of FCA conduct rules e.g. banking, building society etc is ideally sought. UAT testing experience also ideal. Hybrid role with 2 days onsite and flexible, customer centric working approach Key skills experience sought: Identifying Business Needs: working with stakeholders and end users tounderstand their needs and identify business problems or opportunities. Requirements Gathering: Collects and documents detailed business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of the business. Facilitate workshops - As is/ To be Process Improvement: Analyses and maps current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes. Solution Design: Helps design and evaluate potential solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and requirements. Data Analysis: Analyses data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Stakeholder Communication: Acts as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
