Automation and AI Tools including Low-code/no-code, tools for BA tasks, and platform-embedded AI. Analytics and Documentation Tools: Miro, Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Excel. Delivery and Collaboration: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint. Platforms: ServiceNow, Halo, and other modern ESM platforms. Experience Profile Demonstrable experience in operating model definition and implementation. Consulting or change heavy environment experience.
