Contract Agile Business Analyst Outside IR35 Pricing, Billing and Reporting Initial 6 Months We''re looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst to support the next phase of a major transformation programme for one of our key commerce and supply chain clients. The engagement centres on a new Pricing and Billing system, alongside changes to existing systems, integrations and reporting that will support an integrated customer and order journey. Discovery and high-level requirements are already in place. You''ll take these forward into detailed, agreed requirements and a delivery-ready Agile backlog, working closely with Commercial, Finance, operational stakeholders and development teams through implementation. The role Review existing discovery outputs, functional specifications, solution designs and high-level requirements. Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to define detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements. Define pricing and billing rules covering tariffs, order volumes, billing cycles, invoices, credit notes, financial calculations and rounding. Identify the changes needed across existing systems, interfaces and integrations to support the end-to-end process. Define data requirements and information flows between the new platform and connected systems. Capture Commercial, Finance and operational reporting requirements, including reporting outputs and impacts on existing reports.
