Business Analyst Liverpool Hybrid (2 days onsite) 6-month contract Outside IR35 We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major operational systems replacement programme. This is a pivotal role within a complex technology transformation, helping shape the requirements and business processes that will underpin the selection and implementation of a new enterprise SaaS platform. What''s the role? Working across two distinct legacy operating environments, you will help the business understand current processes, identify opportunities to harmonise ways of working, and define a consolidated set of requirements for a future platform. Partnering closely with technology, operations, architecture, delivery, and external vendors, you will bring clarity to a highly complex environment and ensure requirements are robust enough to support vendor evaluation, solution selection, implementation, and adoption. If you are comfortable unpicking complex operational processes and turning ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements, this is a chance to play a central role in a strategically important programme.
