As part of this initiative, we''re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple business functions.Analyse and document current and future business processes.Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and business documentation.Translate business needs into clear Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications.Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies.Work closely with solution architects, developers, and test teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.Ensure solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and best practice CRM processes.Required ExperienceProven experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft ..... full job details .....
