Business Analyst

This is a fully remote role with flexible working arrangements, for a Business Analyst to join a well known UK-based not-for-profit organisation. Travel to London would be required 4 times per year (paid for by the organisation). The role is focused on helping to shape and deliver technology and strategic initiatives that make a difference. Description We are looking for a collaborative and curious Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems and making a real difference. You will have experience in eliciting requirements, creating diagrams and maps of processes/systems, shaping change that improves products and services, working with teams across a variety of business areas, using appropriate techniques, to understand challenges. You will be comfortable in defining needs and have assisted delivery of solutions that are practical, inclusive and measurable The successful candidate will help produce artefacts to aid the understanding of business problems and opportunities, explore where the organisation is and what needs to change, along with defining what successful outcomes will look like.
