We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst to support the fraud Department. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in helping identify, prioritise and drive initiatives that disrupt illegal activity and protect consumers across UK.Client DetailsSenior Business Analyst within the public sector, based in Birmingham. Daily rate: (DOE). 12 month contract. Immediate start.DescriptionConduct business analysis activities across the fraud Programme of work.Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities.Analyse current operational processes and design improved future-state solutions.Gather, document and validate business requirements.Develop business analysis artefacts including:Requirements documentationUser storiesAcceptance criteriaProcess mapsBusiness casesStakeholder analysesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Support the development of systems, data solutions and intelligence capabilities.Work closely with technical teams and suppliers to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.Define success measures and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.Provide insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
