Analyse processes and systems across Fletchers and the MandA target to understand and document integration needs across all workstreamsEngage key stakeholders to capture, challenge and prioritise requirements to devise elegant solutions that maximise impactWork with technical teams to articulate business needs, ensure technical feasibility, and oversee testingCollaborate with colleagues to provide support during busy periods and manage time effectivelyStay informed about industry standards and incorporate them into the operations of the teamBuild documentation and guidance to support creating a best-practice approach for Business Analysis within MandAFoster a positive culture of change within MandA in Fletchers by engaging people with new integrationsWork with people leaders to integrate improvements into standard ways of working (e.g., SOP development, training on process maps, problem solving, visual management)Essential Skills And Experience

Excellent problem solving abilityAbility to work under pressureConfident data analysis in ExcelConfident communication with people at all levels within Fletchers and in new acquisitionsExperience working across a range of business areas: Technology, Compliance, Call Centre, Business Operations, Finance, etc.Evidence of leading and managing change in people-based processesAbility to work across multiple workstreams with big picture thinkingEffective management of relationships with stakeholders at all levelsBusiness Analysis Qualification (BCS)UK-based with full right to work in the UKStrong numerical and analytical skillsDesirable Skills And Experience
