Business Analyst - Salesforce CRMSalary: £50,000-£60,000 + 10% bonus Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office Hours: Flexible around core hours of 10am-4pm Function: Global Sales and Marketing Role type: Individual ContributorThe opportunityWe''re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to join a Global Sales and Marketing function and play a key role in improving the systems, processes and data that sit behind a large-scale commercial organisation.This isn''t a BA role where you''ll simply facilitate meetings, document what others decide and pass requirements onto another team.We''re looking for someone who wants to take genuine ownership.You''ll work directly with stakeholders to understand business problems, challenge requirements, translate those needs into practical solutions and stay involved through to delivery.You''ll be joining a small team covering Salesforce technical expertise, support and rollout responsibilities, while working with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and other areas of the business.Salesforce is at the heart of this role. You don''t need to be a Salesforce Developer, but you should understand how CRM platforms support sales and customer processes and be comfortable working with Salesforce requirements, workflows, data and reporting.
