This role involves working closely with technical specialists and engagement managers to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on automating processes and optimising data architecture. - Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical delivery teams to align architecture with business objectives. Serve as the champion for technical details behind data fields for mailing lists and dashboards. Facilitate scope revisions and ensure testing aligns with business needs. Manage delivery risks in collaboration with delivery teams. Identify automation opportunities in the backlog with engagement managers.
