Business Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing, global organisation as an experienced and confident Finance Business Analyst on an interim basis for approximately 6 x months. You will need a strong finance background to support transformation initiatives and process improvements across core finance functions. This position requires an immediate start, offering a competitive day rate, along with a hybrid working pattern. Working closely with Finance, Technology, Audit, and Transformation teams, playing an important role in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) implementation, alongside a range of finance transformation projects. This role involves working across both business and technical teams to gather, analyse and document requirements, helping to automate manual workflows, support more standardised ways of working, and enable better use of data. Key Accountabilities: Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs to gather and analyse business requirementsMap As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencySupport finance transformation initiatives and system implementations, including ERP (Business Central)Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user storiesCreate and maintain clear, structured documentation (requirements, process maps, test scripts, etc.)Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needsWork closely with ..... full job details .....
