Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing engineering and manufacturing organisation. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will play a key role within the Programmes team, helping the business identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, understanding how a business operates and turning business requirements into practical solutions that improve efficiency, quality and overall performance.The RoleAs Business Analyst, you will work across engineering, operations, programmes, finance, IT and other supporting functions to understand business challenges and help deliver meaningful improvements.You will be responsible for:Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and requirements.Analysing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Gathering, documenting and validating business and functional requirements.Interrogating business systems to produce meaningful reports, dashboards and insights.Creating process maps, business cases and supporting documentation.Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to design effective solutions.Supporting business change projects from initial concept through to implementation.Facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder review sessions.Monitoring project progress, risks and dependencies ..... full job details .....
