Business Analyst Manager

Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst Manager to lead within the banking technology analyst function. As Business Analyst Manager, you will shape and lead the Bank Technology Analyst function, building capability and driving excellence in requirements management, solution assurance and business analysis practices. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days onsite per week. Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst ManagerLead, coach and develop the Bank Technology Analyst functionDefine and embed analysis standards, methods and quality controls across the technology portfolioElicit, analyse and assure business, functional, non-functional and technical requirementsProvide assurance and challenge of solution designs, requirements and third-party deliverablesEnsure requirements, solutions and testing remain aligned to agreed business outcomesRepresent the Analyst function within delivery and governance forums, providing expert advice and recommendationsDrive continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of AI-enabled analysis capabilities Key Experience for the Business Analyst Manager Experience leading, coaching or developing Business Analysts and/or Systems AnalystsStrong experience gathering, analysing and assuring business, functional, non-functional and technical requirementsExperience within working with and communicating with third parties, ensuring assurance around deliverablesPassionate about improving how technology solutions are designed, ..... full job details .....
