Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst

Location: Harlow (3 days per week onsite) Duration: 12 month contract Rates: Inside IR35 Role details:We are recruiting both a Business Analyst and Lead Business Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation programme. Working across Discovery, Fit-Gap Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Deployment, you will help ensure business needs are effectively captured, analysed and translated into successful solution outcomes. Candidates will be considered at either Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst level based on experience. Key Responsibilities not limited to:Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to capture business capabilities, processes and requirements.Elicit, document, validate and manage requirements throughout the programme lifecycle.Develop business scenarios, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria and other BA deliverables.Maintain requirements traceability from business need through to design, build, testing and deployment.Support Fit-Gap Analysis, identifying business impacts, risks, dependencies and required decisions.Collaborate with SMEs, architects, developers, testers and programme stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.Support testing activities through the creation of test scenarios and business acceptance criteria.
