This assignment will focus on understanding, documenting and improving operational, digital and data-driven business processes within a complex organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring an inquisitive and proactive individual who can quickly engage with stakeholders, extract knowledge, document current-state processes and produce clear, business-friendly artefacts.
