Your Role: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects. Analyse and implement new EU AML regulations, ensuring compliance across business processes. Gather, document, and translate high-level requirements into actionable solutions. Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and define future state models. Liaise with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution. Support subject matter experts in detailed analysis for informed decision-making. Your Profile: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management Expertise in requirement gathering, validation, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical skills to distil complex information into actionable insights. Familiarity with client onboarding processes (CDD, EDD, KYC) and regulatory frameworks like AML. Experience with Salesforce client data management is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical teams effectively.
