Key Requirements: Strong BA experience within General Insurance. Policy Admin System or Claims System experience. Experience with Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) or content management /document management systems. Knowledge of business rules, processes and workflow logic Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal and other customer touchpoints Experience refining requirements and automated workflows Strong Agile, requirements elicitation and stakeholder management experience Nice to have: Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar Experience with ECM systems Understanding of metadata str...
