IFS Business AnalystManchester (Hybrid - 1 day per week on site) Fixed-Term Contract (18 Months) Competitive Salary + BenefitsAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced IFS Business Analyst to join a major ERP transformation programme supporting the implementation and optimisation of the IFS platform across a large UK organisation. This role will focus primarily on the General Ledger and Finance workstreams, working closely with finance, technology and transformation teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering process improvements, driving adoption and helping maximise the value of the IFS investment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong finance process knowledge and previous ERP implementation experience to contribute to a high-profile transformation programme.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Finance and General Ledger workstreams of an ongoing IFS implementation.Gather, analyse and document business requirements.Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand current accounting processes, including: General LedgerJournal managementReconciliationsMonth-end closeFinancial reportingTranslate business requirements into functional system specifications.Assess change requests for feasibility, business impact and strategic alignment.Support process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.Produce process maps, user stories, ..... full job details .....
