Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Support workshops, meetings and requirements discussions. Assist with process mapping, including current-state and future-state processes. Create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation. Help prepare business requirements documents and functional specifications. Support solution testing and user acceptance testing activities. Maintain project documentation, action logs and stakeholder feedback. About You Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
