You will work across operations, CRM systems and wider change initiatives, shaping requirements, mapping processes and ensuring delivery aligns to business outcomes. This is a hands-on Business Analyst role working across process mapping, CRM platforms and Agile delivery in a stakeholder-heavy environment.Key responsibilitiesWork with senior stakeholders to define and manage business change requirementsElicit, challenge and refine requirements across operations and technologyMap current and future state processes across business workflowsTranslate requirements into clear documentation, user stories and change outputsBring structure to ambiguous requirements and complex change activityEnsure alignment across business change, operations and technology teamsSupport consistency across multiple change workstreamsReview and structure large volumes of process documentation using AI tools and Microsoft CopilotSkills and experienceRecent experience as a Business Analyst within wealth management Proven ability in process mapping and workflow documentationExperience working with CRM systems, ..... full job details .....
