Job Title: Business Analyst - HR (ERP Programme)Grade: 9Department: Finance and Resources - ERP Programme TeamLocation - Staffordshire - ST16 2DHContract - 18 Months This role is Hybrid, however, there will be a requirement for a significant amount of office based working to support configuration and training throughout the project. Likely to be a minimum of 3 days per week, some weeks may be more than this as required by project. This role is to deliver the HR / Payroll aspects of a new system so significant experience from a HR persepctive is essential. Main ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the programme team you will: -Ensure that business processes are mapped and reflect the needs of the business.-Analyse data to inform the ERP system design, identifying improvements to current processes.-Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that we are ready for the system design phase of the programme.-Compile data and insight from multiple sources.-Cleanse and improve data quality across our existing solutions-Attend and contribute to workshops mapping future requirements for the system design.-Manage communication between the project and key business users.
