Business Analyst - Insurance, Claims, CRM, Agile Market Rate (Inside IR35)Brighton / London - Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)6 monthsMy client is a high-profile Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Business Analyst with proven Insurance industry experience, knowledge of Claims (systems and processes) and ideally have good knowledge of CRM systems.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex (Insurance preferred) organisationsAbility to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user storiesCapability to Model as-is / to-be processes using formal Modelling techniquesExperience of working in an Agile (Scrum) delivery model / set upPrevious experience of ensuring Non-Functional requirements are understoodStrong knowledge of Claims (systems and processes)Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvementExperience of working in Agile delivery practicesExceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skillsFlexible approach towards hybrid working (1-2 days per week onsite)Nice to have:Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projectsStrong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similarGood knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / PeoplesoftImmediate availabilityIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If ..... full job details .....
