Business Analyst

We are working on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-profile regulatory outreach and transformation team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to work on regulatory change initiatives, supporting client outreach activities, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across complex financial markets programmes.Key responsibilities include:Analyse regulatory requirements and assess applicability across clients and entitiesSupport internal and external query management, including investigation, research and resolutionWork with large datasets to produce meaningful analysis, insights and reportingDevelop metrics, MI and reporting packs for a range of stakeholdersSupport client outreach activities including QA reviews, tracking and monitoringCollaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues and deliver process improvementsEnsure quality control procedures and governance standards are followed throughout the outreach lifecycleKey experience and skills:2-5 years'' Business Analysis or relevant financial services experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (Macros desirable)Experience working with large datasets for analysis and reportingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of requirements and analysis ..... full job details .....
