Business Analyst

Business AnalystRate: 350 to 400 per day Contract: InterimWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation portfolio within a large public sector organisation. This role will suit a confident and self-sufficient BA who is able to work independently across a varied portfolio of change activities, engaging with senior stakeholders, services and project teams to gather requirements, analyse complex information and support the delivery of meaningful business improvement.The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and interpreting data, developing clear performance and benefits reporting, and producing Power BI dashboards that support effective decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with operational services, project and programme leads, and senior stakeholders to define requirements, assess current processes, identify areas for improvement and present complex information in a clear and accessible way.Key responsibilitiesThe Business Analyst will provide analytical and business change support across the transformation portfolio, working with services to understand current processes, capture and prioritise business requirements, and support the development of future operating models.
