Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to drive meaningful change within a forward-thinking organisation?We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Business Analyst to operate independently as an expert in business process analysis and design, playing a central role in delivering change initiatives that make a real difference. You will be responsible for the accurate analysis and documentation of business requirements, supporting internal and external stakeholders at every stage - from scoping and discovery through to planning, delivery and adoption. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation, you will ensure that every outcome and deliverable remains firmly aligned with our wider organisational goals.We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities.
