Role: Business AnalystLocation: Leicester Square, London - 3 days/week on-siteSalary: 65,000 - 90,000 + benefits Business Analyst needed to join our client, an established defence engineering firm with secure premises in London. As a Business Analyst, you''ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful solutions within agile software delivery teams. Working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders, you will turn complex challenges into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful change. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience within a defence, security, government or highly regulated industry. Please note we can only consider UK nationals for this position based on UK Security Clearance requirements. What the role of the Business Analyst entails:Some of the main duties of the Business Analyst will include:Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needsEliciting, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements in agile delivery environmentsSupporting Product Owners to prioritise and maintain well-defined backlogs aligned to project goalsFacilitating workshops, discussions and stakeholder engagement to clarify complex problems and drive decisionsApplying systems thinking to understand wider organisational impacts and improve processes, services and technologyEvaluating delivered solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes and recommending enhancements ..... full job details .....
