Key Responsibilities Lead the definition, capture and documentation of business requirements, ensuring requirements are clear, structured and aligned with programme objectives. Develop detailed business and functional use cases, translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements. Undertake business process analysis, documenting current-state processes and helping define future-state processes and improvements. Assess existing operating models, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, challenge and validate requirements.
