Business Analyst - Finance Transformation - Outside IR35

Finance Transformation Business Analyst Remote UK-based 12-Month Contract We are looking for a Finance Transformation Business Analyst to support a major finance transformation programme entering its second phase. Working closely with the Programme Lead, you will play a broad, hands-on role across process improvement, standardisation, documentation and project delivery. This is a varied role suited to someone who is comfortable getting into the detail, working with stakeholders and taking ownership of deliverables. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of Phase 2 of a global finance transformation programme. Review and drive standardisation of finance processes across the organisation. Document current-state and future-state processes, procedures and ways of working. Define and document roles, responsibilities and ownership across finance processes. Support the development and maintenance of project plans, actions, dependencies and milestones. Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, practical outputs. Identify opportunities to improve processes, clarify ownership and establish more consistent ways of working. Produce clear process documentation, requirements, governance materials and project deliverables. Support the Programme Lead with wider finance transformation activities as required.
