      <description>Location: London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Expleo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic Claims and CRM transformation initiatives within a complex Agile environment.  The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions, working across multiple workstreams to analyse requirements, define functional solutions, and produce high-quality Agile delivery artefacts. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis, systems analysis, and delivery support capabilities, with a particular focus on creating build-ready requirements that enable development teams to deliver efficiently and effectively.  Working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Test Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders, the Business Analyst will contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through to implementation and post-release review.
