Job Description:

• The Business Analyst will support the analysis and definition of business requirements for Workspace Services initiatives.
• The role will work with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, producing requirements artefacts, supporting backlog refinement, and ensuring traceability between business needs and delivered outcomes.
• The Business Analyst will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and support prioritisation activities.
• The role will contribute to process mapping, impact assessments, acceptance criteria definition, and stakeholder engagement activities to help ensure delivery outputs meet agreed business objectives and requirements.
