This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within policing, working largely remotely with occasional client visits.The ideal Business Analyst will have:A strong background as a Business Analyst, ideally with Agile certificationExtensive experience within policing environmentsA track record of process improvement in crime statistics reportingValid NPPV3 and SC Clearance (essential)The Business Analyst will lead a discovery phase to explore current processes, datasets, and tools used in reporting violent crime figures across multiple police forces. You will summarise existing practices, identify key pain points, and conduct a gap analysis.
