You will document As Is and define To Be process that will result in improved performance. You will help to produce the business case and identify the solutions that will help to drive the business forward. This will be a broad business analyst remit, it will include the identification of off the shelf solutions working with software vendors to source and implement core business applications, you will also produce detailed specifications for bespoke developments working closely with the inhouse development team.
