These roles are all about shaping technical change, delivering real value, and helping improve outcomes for our users. You''ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to build and improve technical services, translating complex business problems and user needs into clear, actionable requirements. You''ll use a range of discovery techniques-such as workshops, interviews and focus groups-to uncover insights, model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Your strong stakeholder engagement will ensure both technical and nontechnical teams share a common understanding of requirements and outcomes. You may also support Product Owners in shaping backlogs and prioritising work.
