The Business Analyst - Digital Transformation is a dynamic, process-centric role within a centralised team. Your core mandate is to bridge the gap between business operations and technology by identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, and evaluating processes for automation or digital modernization. You will be primarily responsible for analysing and documenting existing processes, as well as redesigning these where necessary.
