Business Analyst - Data Governance andamp; Microsoft Purview Location: Central London Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office Salary: Upto £64,000 base + benefits Permanent We are looking for a Business Analyst specialising in Data Governance to help transform how data is owned, understood, controlled and consumed across a global organisation. This role will sit at the intersection of business, data and technology, translating complex data challenges into practical governance processes, clear requirements and measurable improvements. Be the Business Analysis Lead for Data Governance: Work across business functions, data teams and technology to uncover data-related challenges, understand business impact and translate requirements into pragmatic governance solutions that improve trust, accessibility and accountability. Transform Data Governance into Practical Ways of Working: Define and document how data should be managed across its life cycle, establishing clear processes for ownership, stewardship, metadata, data quality, issue resolution, classification, access and governance decision-making. Drive Business Adoption of Microsoft Purview: Act as a key business-facing contributor to the organisation''s Microsoft Purview journey, shaping requirements and adoption across the catalogue, Data Map, glossary, classifications, collections, lineage and data quality capabilities.
