Business Analyst

I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Business Analyst opportunity. This is a Permanent role that-requires 3 days a week in their London offices.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in professional services.
• Background in Legal Services or Consultancy is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Familiarity with business process modelling, requirements gathering techniques, and agile delivery methods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops, run stakeholder interviews, and create high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Support project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of changes.
