Business Analyst Remote with occasional travel to Cardiff 55,000 - 70,000 per annumCPS Group are working with a well-established public sector company based in South Wales looking for two experienced Business Analysts.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background who are passionate about delivering impactful change within a public sector environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with technical teams to support solution design and deliveryFacilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviewsIdentify process improvements and support business change initiativesEnsure requirements traceability and alignment with organisational objectivesSupport testing activities, including UAT coordination and validationProduce high-quality documentation, including business cases, process maps, and reportsKey Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the public sectorStrong technical background (e.g. experience working closely with developers, understanding of systems architecture, data, or software delivery)Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly languageStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDesirable ..... full job details .....
