As a technically focused Business Analyst or business-focused Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, define system options, and support the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements. Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and requirements management activities. Define and evaluate system options to support engineering and delivery teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Produce clear and concise documentation, including user requirements and process models. Assess opportunities to leverage AI and automation where appropriate within highly regulated environments.
