Opus are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation BA to support on multiple Waterfall projects and initiatives.-
The successful candidate will work across multiple business and technology change initiatives, helping to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery of projects within a predominantly Waterfall environment.

Essential:

• Must bring significant experience contracting as a Business Analyst
• Within reasonable commutable distance to Exeter-
• Proven experience delivering projects within-Waterfall project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting complex business requirements.
• Strong process improvement and business change experience.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Experience working across enterprise-wide business or systems transformation projects.
• Exposure to change management and transformation initiatives.
• Experience within regulated or complex operational environments

• You''ve previously delivered on-Salesforce-CRM system change & transformation projects-
• You bring industry experience working in the utilities and finance sectors.-
