This is an opportunity for a versatile BA who enjoys working across multiple projects-from early discovery and business process analysis through to procurement, requirements definition and solution delivery. What you''ll be doing: Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions. Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Map and improve business processes and customer journeys. Support a major procurement and tender process for a critical business system replacement. Analyse complex data, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Define measurable business benefits and support successful project delivery. Work closely with Project Managers, senior stakeholders and operational teams across a broad digital portfolio.
