Business Analyst - Cost Transformation Salary: Up to £80,00012 Month - Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Warwickshire (Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site)OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale cost transformation programme across IT and the wider UK organisation. This role will focus on identifying, shaping, and accelerating cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives, working across a portfolio of 10-12 high-impact transformation workstreams. You will take initiatives from early-stage ideation through to business case approval and mobilisation, ensuring clear financial justification and measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesShape early-stage initiativesDefine scope, problem statements, and success criteriaChallenge assumptions and refine cost-saving opportunitiesCost modelling and analysisConduct cost baselining and identify optimisation opportunitiesBuild robust financial models (savings, ROI, payback, etc.)Options evaluationAssess multiple delivery options (process, technology, sourcing, operating model)Provide data-driven recommendationsBusiness case developmentCreate structured, investment-grade business casesSupport governance processes including RFI / RFP activitiesClearly articulate benefits, costs, risks, and dependenciesStakeholder engagementWork closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and business leadersFacilitate workshops and drive alignment across teamsFrom concept to deliveryTranslate ideas into actionable roadmaps ..... full job details .....
