Business Analyst - Clinical SystemsManchester Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)We''re supporting a leading healthcare organisation undergoing a significant technology and business transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team.This role will focus on the analysis, optimisation and enhancement of clinical and operational systems, working closely with frontline stakeholders, business leaders and technology teams to deliver improvements that support patient care, operational efficiency and organisational performance.The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing current processes and helping shape future-state solutions across a complex, multi-site environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering activities with clinical, operational and technology stakeholders.Facilitate workshops, process reviews and discovery sessions to understand current ways of working.Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardisation.Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, process maps and functional specifications.Support the implementation and enhancement of clinical, patient management and operational systems.Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.Support testing, user acceptance activities and business readiness initiatives.Manage requirements traceability and ensure alignment to programme objectives. ..... full job details .....
