Business Analyst (Client Digital Solutions)

Overview

An experienced Business Analyst is needed to join the Client Digital Solutions team of a leading UK firm. You will be the liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to enable delivery of digital solutions.Important:

for this role, candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. MUST have full right to work in the UK.Location : Based in Ipswich / Norwich / Cambridge / Chelmsford. This is a hybrid role: 40% remote, 60% office or at a commutable distance.Responsibilities

Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Maintain a full view of the Product Delivery Lifecycle.Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders and clients.Analyse and document requirements.Collaborate with technical teams and third-party providers.Evaluate and improve user journeys, particularly within the client portal.Qualifications and Skills

Experience in digital or client-facing environments with a focus on user experience and digital transformation.Experience working in Agile teams and contributing to product delivery.Able to work independently with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confident in leading workshops and engaging with clients.Employment Details
