Business Analyst - Change Requests

Based in Henley-on-Thames, DB Charles Recruitment are working with a top business seeking to hire a permanent Business Analyst with strong skills in documenting change requests / specifications from the customer, via the internal development team and back again. This person will need to have excellent communication skills for handling both technical and non-technical personnel.The business are predominantly established as IT solutions providers however the group portfolio involves work in other interesting areas. The business has been established for over 10+ years and in this time has seen great growth in turnover. Key day to day duties for the role will be:Documenting change requests / specificationsDealing with the internal development team to make sure the customers requirements are metElements of account managementSolution creationWorking in JIRAProviding client trainingTesting changesThe business is seeking candidates with the following demonstrable experience:Holds a background working as a Business Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Technical Support or a position involving creating and documenting change requests / specificationsA background working within an IT businessTechnical support knowledge would be advantageousAble to demonstrate previous experience documenting change requests / specificationsMust have strong experience working with JIRAExcellent communication skills, highly presentable and comfortable in a client facing role where requiredAble to communicate ..... full job details .....
