Business Analyst

Business Analyst Location: Bristol 1. Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of infrastructure-focused technology projects within a complex enterprise environment. This role will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and driving business analysis activities across operational infrastructure, networking, and decommissioning programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered in line with project objectives. 2. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and project impacts. Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure and networking projects. Perform impact assessments, process mapping, and gap analysis. Work alongside project managers, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Track requirements through the project life cycle and manage changes where required. Support decommissioning activities, ensuring risks, dependencies, and business impacts are identified and mitigated. Produce high-quality documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, user stories, and project artefacts.
