Business Analyst: Digital Health (Contract)Location: Leeds/London (hybrid, minimum 2 days per month)Rate: 400- 425 per day (IR35 status TBC)Duration: 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extensionStart: ASAP / TBCBrand: Brio PartnersThe RoleBrio Partners is working with a national health organisation to find an experienced Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary digital team delivering health products and services. You will own requirements definition, story writing, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, and help the team move towards sustainable live service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, validate and prioritise business, user and service requirements, turning them into user stories and acceptance criteria.Map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps, dependencies and improvement opportunities.Plan and facilitate workshops with product, engineering, user research, clinical, cyber, governance, operational and supplier stakeholders.Work with User Researchers to turn user needs into business and technical requirements.Support options appraisal, impact assessment and MVP decisions.Maintain traceability from needs through to testing and delivery, and support UAT.Manage decisions, risks, issues and dependencies through agreed governance.Support supplier onboarding and cross-organisation engagement.Produce clear documentation, including process models, implementation guidance and onboarding materials.Help establish repeatable practices ..... full job details .....
