      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: &amp;pound;450/day | Type: Contract | Business Analyst    Location: Hybrid, up to 2 days per month in Leeds  Rate: -450 per day (Inside IR35)  Duration: 6 months    Overview   We''re looking for a Business Analyst to join a public sector digital programme focused on improving customer experience. You''ll work closely with service teams, stakeholders and delivery colleagues to understand how services work today, find what needs to change, and shape better digital journeys for the people who use them.   Key Responsibilities    Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders and service users to gather and analyse requirements  Map current and future state processes and customer journeys  Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the backlog with the Product Owner  Spot pain points in the customer experience and recommend practical improvements  Work alongside user researchers, designers and developers in an agile delivery team  Support testing and make sure delivered changes meet business and user needs  Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations across the programme    Key Requirements    Proven experience as a Business Analyst in local or central government  Track record on digital transformati...</description>
