You will own requirements definition, story writing, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, and help the team move towards sustainable live service operations. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, validate and prioritise business, user and service requirements, turning them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps, dependencies and improvement opportunities. Plan and facilitate workshops with product, engineering, user research, clinical, cyber, governance, operational and supplier stakeholders.
